How to lose weight with Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple vinegar has been used for over 5,000 years. It is also known as apple cider vinegar.

According to the book “Purify your organism” it was the American doctor Forest Jarvis (1881-1945) who rediscovered the therapeutic properties of cider vinegar. He recommended a drink based on honey and cider vinegar to strengthen the body and stimulate its resistance against aggressions such as stress and physical effort.

In general, the recommended dose for daily consumption is two teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass of water and sweeten it with 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey. Take this cocktail all morning with small sips.

A basic glass of cider vinegar

Other Option: Two apples, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 4 tablespoons oatmeal coffee, 1 tablespoon chopped almonds, 2 fat-free yogurts or 0% fatty matter, 1 teaspoon honey coffee.

Preparation: Wash the apples and cut them. Mix with juice or lemon juice. Add oat flakes, almonds, yogurt, and honey.

Turkey with salad: 8 lettuce leaves, one pepper or paprika, 2 tomatoes, 100 g of cucumber, 2 fresh onions, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, 200 g of cooked turkey breast, 2 tablespoons of fine herbs.

Preparation: Wash and chop lettuce, bell pepper and tomato in cubes, grate cucumber and cut an onion into rings, add chopped turkey. Pour on the salad a vinaigrette made with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and fine herbs.

A basic glass of cider vinegar

Potatoes or potatoes cooked with skin, cottage cheese and herbs: 6 medium potatoes, 300 g of cottage cheese with 20% fat content, 4 tablespoons of skimmed milk, 4 tablespoons of fresh herbs, 1 onion, salt, and pepper.

Preparation: Wash potatoes or potatoes, cook for 20 minutes in unsalted water. Mix the cottage cheese, milk, diced onion, fine herbs and salt and pepper. Cut the potatoes in half and pour the cottage cheese mixture over them.
